New Metabolites of Rhodiola rosea I. Glycosides of Herbacetin and Gossypetin

New O-glycosides of herbacetin and gossypetin (1–6) and eight known compounds were isolated from leaves of Rhodiola rosea L. [Sedum roseum (L.) Scop., Crassulaceae]. According to UV, IR, and NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data, the isolated compounds were herbacetin-3-O-(3′′ -O-malonyl)-β-Dglucopyranoside-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-8-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (rhodirosin A, 1), herbacetin- 3-O-(3′′,4′′-di-O-acetyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside-8-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (rhodirosin B, 2), gossypetin- 8-O-(2′′-O-malonyl)-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (rhodirosin C, 3), gossypetin-8-O-(2′′-O-acetyl)-β-Dglucuronopyranoside (rhodirosin D, 4), herbacetin-8-O-(2′′-O-malonyl)-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (rhodirosin E, 5), and herbacetin-8-O-(2′′ -O-acetyl)-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (rhodirosin F, 6). Flavonoids 3 and 4 possessed the highest antiradical activity and inhibited the activity of α-amylase.
从红景天[Sedum roseum (L.) Scop.,Crassulaceae]叶片中分离出了新的草本苷和格桑花苷的 O-糖苷(1-6)以及 8 个已知化合物。根据紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振光谱和质谱数据,分离出的化合物分别为香草素-3-O-(3′′-O-丙二酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖呋喃糖苷(红景天素 A、1), herbacetin- 3-O-(3′′,4′′-di-O-acetyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside-8-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (rhodirosin B.)2), gossypetin- 8-O-(2′′-O-malonyl)-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (rhodirosin C, 3), gossypetin-8-O-(2′′-O-acetyl)-β-Dglucuronopyranoside (rhodirosin D, 4)、香草素-8-O-(2′′-O-丙酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(芸苔素 E,5)和香草素-8-O-(2′′-O-乙酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(芸苔素 F,6)。类黄酮 3 和 4 具有最高的抗自由基活性,并能抑制 α 淀粉酶的活性。
