  摘要：

  本发明涉及一种苯并二呋喃酮类染料的合成方法，首先以草酰氯单烷基酯、芳香烃为原料进行傅克反应制备中间体1或1′，再将中间体1、中间体1′加氢还原制备中间体2和中间体2′，中间体2与对氯苯酚的缩合产物中间体3再与中间体2′缩合反应生成中间体4，中间体4经氧化后得苯并二呋喃酮。本发明提供的合成工艺低成本、低危险性、低污染，工艺路线简单无需单独提纯过程；生产原料价廉易得，成本远低于现有工艺，且产品总收率较高可以达到69％，含量大于98.5％，具有极高的经济效益，适合规模化生产，具有良好的工业应用前景。
