Structure and long-range hyperfine interaction in 2-adamantyl, 5,7-dimethyl-2-adamantyl, and the various 2-substituted radicals (substituent = CHsub 3}, CHsub 2}SiMesub 3}, OSiMesub 3}, SSiMesub 3}, CHsub 2}GeMesub 3}, etc.) were studied by ESR. The origin of the long-range hyperfine interaction is discussed on the basis of the comparison between experimental and theoretical hfs values. The
