CL075(3M002)是一种选择性的TLR8激动剂,具有免疫调节活性。它通过触发依赖MyD88的信号通路,激活NF-κB和IRF7,进而引发炎症性细胞因子和I型干扰素(IFN)的产生。
靶点TLR8
体外研究CL075 (2 μM, 4小时) 可诱导兔脾细胞产生IL-6、IL-8和IFN-γ。 CL075 (2 μM, 48小时) 可诱导兔脾细胞的总IgM生产并促进细胞增殖。 CL075 (2 μM, 7小时) 在293细胞中激活rabTLR8。
体内研究CL075 (5 μM,0.5 mL腹腔注射) 可在兔身上诱导轻度抗原特异性抗体反应。
