  本发明公开了一种对甲氧基肉桂酸酯(OMC)的制备方法。包括以下步骤：首先将对甲氧基苯甲醛、乙酸酯、有机胺类物质和溶剂搅拌均匀，控制温度在‑20～10℃；再滴加四氯化钛催化剂，滴加完毕后，升高温度至10～40℃，反应2～16小时；待反应完毕后，反应液用稀酸洗至中性，水洗，有机相加无水硫酸钠干燥，脱溶剂后得到对甲氧基肉桂酸酯，产率到了98％以上。发明的方法具有简便、易于控制和工业化生产、环境污染小、能耗低、物料可以循环使用、纯度高等特点，制备的对甲氧基肉桂酸酯具有无色透明，纯度高等优点，可应用于防嗮化妆品、日用化工、塑料、橡胶和涂料等领域。
