    (R)和(S)-lavandulol是化妆品工业和信息素研究中的重要化合物。(S)-lavandulyl的千里香酸酯最近被鉴定为藤粉虱的性信息素,该粉虱是葡萄园中的一种重要害虫。我们在此报告了从外消旋的lavandulol开始制备lavandulol和lavandulyl千里光酸酯的两种对映体的过程。该制备方法是使用猪胰脂肪酶,将消旋的lavandulol与乙酸乙烯酯进行两轮酶促酯基转移反应。实现了高对映选择性,同时该制剂产生了具有96.7%ee的(R)-lavandulol和具有92.6%ee的(S)-lavandulol。

Specifically provided is a water dispersion type sex pheromone sustained release preparation, comprising an insect sex pheromone substance which is enclosed in a ring of a cyclodextrin, an inclusion cyclodextrin which encloses the insect sex pheromone substance, a non-inclusion cyclodextrin which does not enclose the insect sex pheromone substance, a water-soluble polymer, and water. Furthermore, provided is a method for producing a water dispersion type sex pheromone sustained release preparation, comprising at least a step of mixing an aqueous suspension of an insect sex pheromone substance which is enclosed by a cyclodextrin, with a non-inclusion cyclodextrin which does not enclose the insect sex pheromone substance, and a water-soluble polymer.
