Resume De nouveaux N -1 nucleosides pyrimidiques contenant un ou deux residus β- d -hexopyranosyles peracetyles ont ete synthetises. Leurs caracteristiques physiques sont presentees ainsi que l'analyse conformationnelle par r.m.n.- 13 C a haute resolution de ces nucleosides deproteges. Nous avons ainsi distingue les deux rotameres bloques syn et anti du 3-β- d -glucopyranosyluracile et degage la conformation
Silyl protected nucleosides possess better biological activity. 2‐O‐silylated nucleosides were synthesized by trans opening of 1,2‐anhydrosugar with nucleobases where HMDS acts both as activating, and silylating agent. Conformational analysis and biofilm inhibition activity of synthesized nucleosides were performed.
