    烯烃与氯甲氧基甲烷 (CM) 或二甲氧基甲烷 (DM) 和脂肪族或芳香族腈的路易斯酸催化反应得到 1 : 1 : 1 加合物和/或它们的不同产率的水解产物,以及 1 : 1 烯烃-CM (或 DM)加合物。AlCl3、FeCl3、ZnCl2 和 SnCl4 是与 CM 反应的有效催化剂,而 BF3 和 SnCl4 是与 DM 反应的有效催化剂。在环己烯的情况下,加成以反式进行;即,甲氧基甲基和腈分子从相反侧加到烯烃上。

    The present invention relates to a catalyst for olefin polymerization which comprises, (A) A solid catalyst component comprising magnesium, titanium, halogen and a specific electron-donating compound selected from ether compounds having at least two ether groups characterized by a certain reactivity towards MgCl2 and TiCl4; (B) An organic aluminum compound; and (C) An alkoxyester compound represented by the general formula (I): (R1O)i(R3O)k-Z-COOR4 ---(I) in which each of R?1, R2, R3 and R4¿ independently represents a group selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, an alicyclic hydrocarbon group, an aromatic hydrocarbon group, a polycyclic hydrocarbon group and a heterocyclic compound group, Z represents an aliphatic or alicyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted with an aromatic group or a polycyclic group, and i, j and k each are integers from 0 to 3 with the proviso that the sum of 1, j and k is at least 1. The catalyst is characterized by an excellent hydrogen response, stereospecificity and activity as well.

    Provided is a procatalyst composition containing a multiple internal electron donor with at least two components, one of which is a silyl ester. The other component of the mixed internal electron donor may be an electron donor component. The electron donor component may be an aromatic acid ester, a di-ether, and combinations thereof. Catalyst compositions containing the multiple internal electron donor exhibit improved hydrogen response during olefin polymerization and produce propylene-based polymers with broad molecular weight distribution, high flexural modulus, and high melt flow rate.
