The invention provides an adhesive or sealant comprising at least (A) one compound selected from the group consisting of silylated polyurethanes, silylated polyureas, silylated polyethers, silylated polysulfides and silyl-terminated acrylates, and at least (B) one cyclohexane polycarboxylic acid derivative. The composition has enhanced extensibility with good adhesion properties and high tensile strength.
