  摘要 古叶丹参地上部分产生 (−)-glechomafuran, 1β,10α;4α,5β-diepoxy-8β-hydroxyglechoman-8α,12-olide 和新的eudesmanoides: 1α-acetoxy-8α-hydroxy-2-oxo- eudesman-3,7(11)-dien-8,12-olide 和 1α,8α-dihydroxy-2-oxo-eudesman-3,7(11)-dien-8,12-olide。前一种新化合物的结构是根据其光谱数据和化学行为及其绝对构型通过 CD 实验确定的。通过X射线衍射分析确定了1β,10α;4α,5β-diepoxy-8β-hydroxyglechoman-8α,12-olide的绝对构型。

  A new eudesmanolide, 1-acetoxy-8,9-dihydroxy-2-oxo-eudesman-3,7(11)-dien-8,12-olide (2), together with a known eudesmanolide, 1-acetoxy-8-hydroxy-2-oxo-eudesman-3,7(11)-dien-8,12-olide (1), and a known flavone, 4,5,7-trihydroxy-6-methoxyflavone (3), was isolated from the plant of Salvia plebeia. Three compounds were structurally elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical methods.
