  (EN) The present invention provides topical, non-aqueous pharmaceutical compositions containing about 10 % to about 80 % W/W of a pharmaceutically acceptable noncomedogenic cosmetic oil and ethanol or isopropanol. The compositions provided for improved stability and delivery of the drug to the site of action (e.g. hair follicle and sebaceous gland) without excessive greasiness and/or untoward drying effects. The compositions are also provided for an anti-inflammatory effect and reduced irritation when clindamycin is used in combination with retinoids. The topical pharmaceutical compositions of the present invention can optionally contain propylene glycol and/or polyethylene glycol and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable organic amine. In addition, the topical pharmaceutical compositions of the present invention can optionally be gelled with suitable gelling agents, including for example hydroxypropylcellulose.(FR) L'invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques topiques, non aqueuses contenant environ 10 % à 80 % en poids d'une huile cosmétique pharmaceutiquement acceptable et non comédogène, ainsi que de l'éthanol ou de l'isopropanol.
