◉ 母乳喂养期间使用总结：异维A酸在母乳喂养期间尚未进行研究。口服使用期间应避免哺乳，并在最后一次剂量后持续1周。由于局部应用后吸收不良，认为对哺乳婴儿的风险较低。不要将异维A酸直接涂抹在乳头和乳晕上，并确保婴儿的皮肤不直接接触已治疗的皮肤区域。 ◉ 对哺乳婴儿的影响：截至修订日期，未找到相关的已发布信息。 ◉ 对泌乳和母乳的影响：对在法国药物警戒中心提交的关于引起乳房反应的维甲酸类不良事件报告的回顾发现，1例男性乳房发育与局部使用异维A酸有关。

◉ Summary of Use during Lactation:Tretinoin has not been studied during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be avoided during oral use and for 1 week after the last dose. Because it is poorly absorbed after topical application, it is considered a low risk to the nursing infant. Do not apply tretinoin directly to the nipple and areola and ensure that the infant's skin does not come into direct contact with the areas of skin that have been treated. ◉ Effects in Breastfed Infants:Relevant published information was not found as of the revision date. ◉ Effects on Lactation and Breastmilk:A review of adverse reaction reports on retinoids causing a breast reaction submitted to a French pharmacovigilance center found 1 case of gynecomastia was associated with topical tretinoin use.
