A highly enantioselective copper‐catalyzed alkynylation of quinolinium salts is reported. The reaction employs StackPhos, a newly developed imidazole‐based chiral biaryl P,N ligand, and copper bromide to effect a three‐component reaction between a quinoline, a terminal alkyne, and ethyl chloroformate.
