A series of 1,2,5-trisubstituted 4(1H)-pyridinone derivatives (7-14) were synthesised by using 4-pyrone derivatives with primary amines in ethanol. The structures of the synthesised compounds were confirmed by analytical and spectral data (UV, IR and 1H-NMR and microanalysis). Analgesic and antiinflammatory activities of the synthesised compounds were investigated by acetic acid-induced writhing syndrome
使用4-吡喃酮衍生物与伯胺在乙醇中合成了一系列1,2,5-三取代的4(1H)-吡啶酮衍生物(7-14)。合成的化合物的结构通过分析和光谱数据(UV,IR和1H-NMR和微量分析)确认。通过乙酸诱导的扭体综合征和角叉菜胶大鼠爪水肿试验研究了合成化合物的镇痛和抗炎活性。所有测试化合物均比乙酰水杨酸具有更高的镇痛活性,并比消炎痛具有更高的抗炎活性。使用吲哚美辛作为参考药物测试了这些化合物的抗炎活性和胃溃疡的可能性。
