4-氯苯甲酸(4-Chloro-2-羟基苯甲酸,4-氯水杨酸)被用于混合稀土中以测定铽的灵敏性荧光法,并通过甲醛缩合制备poly(4-氯苯甲酸-甲醛)。
靶点IC50:1.89 mM(单酚酶),1.10 mM(双酚酶)
体外研究4-氯苯甲酸能够抑制蘑菇酪氨酸酶的单酚酶活性和双酚酶活性。此外,它还具有广谱抗菌活性,能抑制革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌以及真菌。
化学性质针状结晶,熔点217℃(207-209℃)。微溶于水,易溶于乙醇、氯仿和苯。与氯化铁反应呈紫色,在蒸汽中挥发升华时部分分解。
用途有机合成、染料及医药中间体。
生产方法由对氨基水杨酸重氮化、置换而得。
