scope of the dehydrative allylation reaction using allyl alcohol as allyl donor with [RuCp(PP)]+ complexes as catalysts is explored. Aliphatic alcohols are successfully allylated with allyl alcohol or diallyl ether, obtaining high selectivity for the alkyl allyl ether.
