制备方法与用途

简介

盐酸呋喃硫胺为白色或微黄色结晶性粉末，无臭或略有类似蒜臭。在水中或丙酮中微溶；在甲醇、乙醇或氯仿中易溶；在苯或乙醚中几乎不溶。熔点130-136℃ (分解)。

适应症

盐酸呋喃硫胺适用于维生素B1缺乏引起的脚气病或Wernicke脑病的治疗，亦可用于周围神经炎、消化不良等病症的辅助治疗。

药代动力学

盐酸呋喃硫胺是维生素 B1 的新型衍生物，在体内迅速转化为活性硫胺，不为体内硫胺酶分解。它对组织有较强的亲和力，能在脏器中保持较高浓度，并在血中维持较长时间，具有高效、长效、低毒的特性。

不良反应

盐酸呋喃硫胺偶见头昏、乏力、恶心、呕吐等不良反应，一般停药后即消失；注射局部偶有硬包块，热敷或停药后可逐渐消退。
