New N-alkyl-substituted heterocyclic system imidazo[4,5-a]quinindolines (imidazo[4,5-f]indolo[2,3-b]quinolines) were synthesized by one pot reaction of 1-alkyl-5-nitro-1Hbenzimidazole with 2-(1-alkyl-1H-3-indolyl)acetonitrile in basic media via the nucleophilic substitution of hydrogen and concomitant cyclisation in good yields. 1-烷基-5-硝基一锅反应合成了新型N-烷基取代杂环体系咪唑并[4,5-a]喹啉(imidazo[4,5-f]indolo[2,3-b]quinolines) -1H苯并咪唑与 2-(1-烷基-1H-3-吲哚基)乙腈在碱性介质中通过氢的亲核取代和伴随的环化以良好的收率。物理光谱(UV-vis、IR、NMR 和荧光)和分析数据已经确定了合成化合物的结构。研究了这些新型杂环化合物的荧光性质。所有化合物的荧光都非常强,荧光量子产率非常高 (> 0.70)。还研究了溶剂对这些染料的吸收和发射光谱的影响;极性溶剂中的吸收带和发射带发生红移。
