制备方法与用途

化学性质:白色结晶状物质,无臭无味,能溶于乙醇乙酸乙酯,熔点为197℃。

用途:主要用于生化研究,在医药领域作为脑功能改善药物,适用于治疗肝昏迷、脑外伤、脑肿瘤以及瘫痪、智力减退和记忆力障碍等疾病。

生产方法:以L-谷酰胺和乙酸酐为原料,通过酰化反应精制得到产品。
