通过相应的 2,6-双(溴甲基)苯 (3) 与 2,6-双[2-氰基的偶联反应得到各种顺-和反-9-取代的[3.3]metacyclophane-2,11-二酮-2-(甲苯磺酰基)乙基]-4-叔丁基-1-取代苯(4)的二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和过量的氢化钠。根据 3 位 1 位和 4 位取代基的不同,anti-5 和 syn-5 的产率(选择性反转)不同。 关键词:metacyclophanes,环化,构象,CH-π 相互作用,空间相互作用,电荷-转移型互动。
