    A novel platinum (II) complex represented by general formula (I), wherein A is an enol form of a β-diketone represented by general formula (II), wherein R, is an alkyl group hav. ing 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a perfluoroalkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R2 is a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and R3 is hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, provided that R2 and R3 may be each combined to a carbon atom bonded thereto to form a ring: and the configuration of 1,2-diaminocyclohexane is cis, trans-1 or trans-d. The novel platinum (II) complex has a strong antitumor activity and is less toxic, which renders the platinum (II) complex useful as a therapeutic agent for malignant tumor.

    Disclosed is a fluorescent material for conversing wavelengths used in a light transmitting layer of a solar cell module, by mixing a fluorescent substance and a vinyl compound. Also, disclosed is a resin composition for converting wavelengths by polymerizing the vinyl compound of the fluorescent material for converting wavelengths and then mixing it with a transparent dispersion medium resin. Therefore, there can be provided a fluorescent material for converting wavelengths capable of converting a light that contributes less to solar energy generation in the incident solar radiation, to a wavelength that contributes significantly to energy generation, as well as utilizing the solar radiation efficiently and stably without deteriorating, a resin composition for converting wavelengths and methods for producing thereof.
