作为酮替芬和苯噻啶的中间体。
生产方法
通过将噻吩与甲醛及浓盐酸进行氯甲基化反应,生成2-(氯甲基)噻吩。再与亚磷酸三乙酯加热反应,得到2-噻吩甲基膦酸二乙酯。随后,在甲醇钠参与下,让其与邻羧基苯甲醛缩合,生成2-[β-(2-噻吩基)乙烯基]苯甲酸。接着,在钯炭催化下进行氢化还原乙烯基,最后在多聚磷酸作用下环合得到目标产物。
