Provided herein are compounds and pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds that are useful for the inhibition of Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 5a and 5b (STAT5). Furthermore, the subject compounds and compositions are useful for the treatment of cancer, such as, for example, breast cancer and pancreatic cancer.
Aminopyrazine compounds as modulators of an adenosine receptor are provided. The compounds may find use as therapeutic agents for the treatment of diseases mediated through a G-protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway and may find particular use in oncology.

InI 3 -catalyzed hydroallylation of esters by using hydro-and allysilanes under mild conditions has been accomplished. Many significant groups such as alkenyl, alkynyl, cyano, and nitro ones survive under these conditions.
