    A novel arylamine compound represented by the following general formula (1): 1 wherein R 1 and R 2 each independently represent an alkyl group, an alkoxyl group, an aryl group, an arylalkyl group or an aryloxyl group, Ar 1 to Ar 4 each independently represent an aryl group or a heterocyclic group, with provisos that at least two of Ar 1 to Ar 4 each represent m-biphenyl group or a biphenyl group substituted with aryl groups and the others of Ar 1 to Ar 4 each represent biphenyl group and that, when the biphenyl group substituted with aryl groups is a biphenyl group substituted with two aryl groups, the others of Ar 1 to Ar 4 each represent an aryl group; and an organic electroluminescence device comprising a layer of organic compounds which comprises the novel arylamine compound. The organic electroluminescence device has a high luminance, excellent heat resistance and a long life and emits light; at a high efficiency. The novel arylamine compound provides the advantageous properties to the organic electroluminescence device.

    The present invention relates to a material for an organic electro-optical device and an organic electro-optical device including the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a material having thermal stability of a glass transition temperature of 120° C. or more and a thermal decomposition temperature of 450° C. or more, and being capable of providing an organic electro-optical device having high efficiency and a long life-span due to less crystallization and improved amorphous properties in a material for an organic electro-optical device. The material for an organic electro-optical device can be used singularly or as a host material in combination with a dopant, and includes an asymmetric fluorene derivative compound. An organic electro-optical device including the material for an organic electro-optical device is also provided.

    An aromatic amine compound of a specific structure having at least one fluorene structure. An organic electroluminescence device which comprises one or more organic thin film layers comprising at least one light emitting layer sandwiched between a cathode and an anode, wherein at least one of the thin film layers comprises the aromatic amine compound according to claim 1 singly or as its mixture component. Such an organic electroluminescence device has various luminescent hues, high heat resistance, long lifetime, high luminance and high luminous efficiency.
