  A fumaric acid diester resin composition including a resin containing a fumaric acid diester monomer, an organic peroxide and an organic solvent. When this resin composition is heated, cross-linking occurs across the resin. The resulting crosslinked resin has low dielectric constant and excellent heat resistance, solvent resistance and chemical resistance.
