    Thermoplastic, crosslinkable copolymer is produced by reacting an active-hydrogen containing initiator with a lactone monomer, such as epsilon-caprolactone, and a polyfunctional acrylate, such as neopentyl glycol diacrylate. The copolymer can be crosslinked by exposure to ionizing or actinic radiation or by free-radical peroxide catalysts. The degree of crosslinking can be controlled to produce a material which is thermoplastically processable and displays modified rheological properties which make it more easily processable than the corresponding lactone homopolymer.

    Integrally bonded composite polyurethane foams substantially free from coalescence and with no discernable bond or interface layer when viewed at 50X magnification can be formed by wet casting a second foamed polyurethane composition onto a first wet cast foamed polyurethane composition and simultaneously curing the cast foams. In a preferred embodiment, one curable polyurethane composition forms a slow recovery foam and the other curable polyurethane composition forms a resilient foam.

    An anti-fog coating composition comprises a silicone polymer or oligomer, a water dispersible polyurethane polymer or oligomer, and water. A process for forming an anti-fog film comprises applying the anti-fog coating composition to a substrate and coalescing the silicone and polyurethane compounds to form the film. In another embodiment, the process for forming the anti-fog film comprises applying the components of the anti-fog coating composition to a substrate and crosslinking the components to form the anti-fog film. The components generally include a polyol, an isocyanate, a catalyst, and a silicone polymer or oligomer.
