A simple and efficient method for the synthesis of α-amino phosphonates has been accomplished from aromatic aldehydes, diethyl phosphite, and aromatic (or) aliphatic amines using potassium hydrogen sulfate as a catalyst under solvent free condition at ambient temperature and these compounds are characterized by 31P NMR with reference to H3PO4.
在室温下无溶剂的条件下,使用硫酸氢钾作为催化剂,由芳族醛,亚磷酸二乙酯和芳族(或)脂族胺合成了一种简单高效的α-氨基膦酸酯合成方法,这些化合物的特征在于关于H 3 PO 4的31 P NMR 。
