    A colored resin composition using a conventional rhodamine derivative has not provided heat resistance in a practical range. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a coloring composition having higher heat resistance as compared with the conventional coloring composition. The present invention relates to a compound represented by the following general formula (1), and a polymer having a monomer unit derived from the compound, and the like.     Gradient index optical materials are formed by drop by drop dispensing of nanoparticle/monomer suspensions. Refractive index variations are defined by nanoparticle concentrations that can vary in three dimensions. Droplets of differing compositions can be mixed, and droplets or layers or droplets are partially cross-linked by exposure to ultraviolet radiation prior to dispensing additional droplets. Gradient index optical elements such as lenses, prisms, and waveguides can be formed in flexible polymer layers.

    Provided are a coating with good blocking resistance, transparency, and scratch resistance, a laminated film including such a coating, an active-energy-radiation-curable resin composition, and a method for manufacturing such a resin composition. The laminated film includes a coating layer and a plastic film layer. The coating layer is made of a resin composition containing, as essential components, fine inorganic particles (A) and a resin component (b) in a mass ratio [(A)/(b)] of 30/70 to 60/40. The coating has an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of 1 to 30 nm and a haze of 1.4 or less for a thickness of 100 μm or less.

    A medical pressure sensitive adhesive tape includes a base material and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer formed on at least one side of the base material. The medical pressure sensitive adhesive tape is greatly lightened in skin irritation and has the following characteristics: (a) the stress at 5% elongation being within a range of 0.1 to 8.0 N/24 mm as measured at a temperature of 23°C and an extension rate of 100 mm/min; (b) the viscosity (unit: Pa·s) of a pressure sensitive adhesive being within a range of 5.0 to 6.7 in terms of logarithm as determined from an initial slippage under shear load; and (c) the water-vapor transmission rate being within a range of 800 to 8,000 g/m2·24 hr as measured at a temperature of 40°C and a relative humidity of 90%.
