Gold-Catalyzed Diastereoselective Cycloisomerization of Alkylidene-Cyclopropane-Bearing 1,6-Diynes
摘要:
AbstractAn unprecedented gold‐catalyzed diastereoselective cycloisomerization of 1,6‐diynes bearing an alkylidene cyclopropane moiety has been developed. This methodology enables rapid access to a variety of 1,2‐trimethylenenorbornanes, which are important building blocks in the preparations of abiotic and sesquiterpene core structures.
This invention also provides compound of Formula (I) including pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of Formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. This invention also provides the use of such compounds and compositions in methods of treating diseases and conditions that are beneficially treated by administering pitolisant. Some exemplary embodiments include a method of treating a disease or condition selected from narcolepsy, daytime sleepiness (particularly in subjects suffering from Parkinson's disease or obstructive sleep apnea syndrome), and cognitive defects in psychiatric conditions, the method comprising the step of administering to a subject in need thereof a pharmaceutically acceptable composition of the present invention.
This invention relates to novel quinazoline derivatives, their derivatives, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. This invention also provides compositions comprising a compound of this invention and the use of such compositions in methods of treating diseases and conditions that are beneficially treated by inhibiting cell surface tyrosine receptor kinases.

We have developed an approach that allows relative quantification of protein sulfenic acids using a pair of light and heavy isotope labled probes, DAz-2 and d(6)-DAz-2. In conjunction with a new complementary acid-cleavable linker, Yn-ACL, we demonstrate that tagged peptides are successfully labeled, enriched, and fully characterized by LC-MS/MS analysis. Overall, this method can be applied to map sites of cysteine oxidation and compare protein sulfenylation in normal and disease states. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
