NEW GLYCOSYL-(CARBOXAMIDE)-1,2,3-TRIAZOLE-N-NUCLEOSIDES: SYNTHESIS AND ANTITUMOR ACTIVITY

A series of potential bioactive compounds, 1-glucopyranosyl-1,2,3-triazole-4,5-dimethylcarboxylate, 1-glucopyranosyl-1,2,3-triazole-4,5-N-dicarbox-amide,-dialkyl-dicarboxamide-N-nucleosides and 6-amine-4H-1-(beta-D-glucopyranosyl)-8-hydroxy-1,2,3-triazolo[4,5-e][1,3]-diazepin-4-one, were synthesized. Primary activity screening of the novel nucleosides showed poor or no anticancer activity against breast, lung and CNS tumors.
