    一种基于二苯甲基自由基的稳定室温有机发光材料及采用该材料制备的有机电致发光器件,属于有机发光技术领域。本发明制备的有机发光材料中,共同的特征是中心的碳自由基,由两个C‑C共价键和一个C‑N共价键构成。稳定性是发光自由基材料在应用时的关键性质,连接给电子基团有利于稳定自由基,本发明中通过将含氮杂环咔唑、吲哚、二甲基吖啶等给电子基团中的氮原子直接与二苯甲基相连,得到稳定的二苯甲基自由基,其稳定性与PTM、TTM相比大幅提高,并拥有室温荧光。采用该材料制备的有机电致发光器件利用双线态激子发光,可以避开传统有机电致发光器件中的三重态激子利用问题,器件的最大外量子效率为0.66%。
