Syntheses of 5-Deoxy-, 5,4′-Dideoxy-, 5-Deoxy-5-epichloro-, and 5,4′-Dideoxy-5,4′-diepichlorokanamycin A

5,4′-二脱氧-5,4′-二氯卡那霉素 A 由 1,3,6′,3″-四(N-苄氧羰基)-4″,6″-O-环己亚基卡那霉素 A 合成,先经硫酰氯处理,再解封。对 2′,3′,4′,2″-四-O-乙酰基-1,3,6′,3″-四(N-苄氧羰基)-4″,6″-O-环己亚基卡那霉素 A 进行类似处理,得到 5-脱氧-5-表氯卡那霉素 A。5,4′-二脱氧卡那霉素 A 和 5-脱氧卡那霉素 A 由相应的 5,4′-二氯和 5-表氯衍生物合成,在液氨或三丁基锡烷中用金属钠还原脱氯。这些衍生物的结构通过 1H- 和 13C-NMR 光谱得到证实。
