  The total synthesis of the peptide cyclo [Pro-Leu-Val-(gly)Thz-(gly)Thz] a simplified analog of dolastatin 3 is reported here. Analysis of the 350 MHz 1H NMR spectrum permits the design of a spatial molecular model. This conformational feature is of interest in the tentatives to assign the real structure of dolastatin 3 in the knowledge of intramolecular interaction of this drug with biological receptors
