  摘要：

  关于杂二金刚烷和结构相关化合物的研究，从环戊二烯酮的光二聚体8开始制备了两个新颖的五环二醚9和10。所有这三种化合物的共同特征是中心碳环6元环具有四个轴向烷基取代基，并且在1,4-位具有两个氧官能团。一方面通过中间体内四环不饱和醇23通过酸内或碱催化（分子式3）通过分子内加成获得二醚9，另一方面通过四环二醇32或二溴代酮34来获得二醚9（通过38）和35（通过39）通过分子内取代（方案4和5）。异构体二醚10的合成通过四环二醇33的分子内取代来实现（方案4）。二醚9在热力学上比10更稳定。后者在苯中用浓硫酸处理后很容易异构化为前者。

  The limited thermal stability of the polycyclic dione 1 can be circumvented by reacting its derivatives, hydroxyketone 3 and diol 4 with tetrachlorothiophene dioxide (6d) to yield the mono-Diels-Alder adduct 8 and rearranged polycyclic ether 11, respectively.
