The methyl coumarins reacted with N‐bromo‐succinimide gave compounds (a∼c) which on further reacted with various peracetyl sulfhydryl glycose (1∼3) afforded a series of novel coumarin thioglycopyranoside compounds (1a∼1c, 2a∼2c, 3a∼3c). And when used ultrasonic irradiation, this method offered several advantages such as good yields and short reaction time than the silent reaction. All the new compounds
甲基香豆素用N-溴琥珀酰亚胺反应,得到化合物(A〜C,其与各种过乙酰巯基单糖(上进一步反应)1〜3)得到一系列新的香豆素thioglycopyranoside化合物(1a~1c,2a~2c,3a~ 3c)。而且,当使用超声辐照时,与静默反应相比,该方法具有许多优点,例如收率好,反应时间短。所有的新化合物都通过IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR和元素分析进行了表征。
