organic–inorganic hybrid compounds, namely, [Cu(Hbib)2(γ-Mo8O26)] (1), [Ni(H2O)}2(bib)2(γ-Mo8O26)]·2H2O (2), and [(atrz)2Mo2O6] (3), [bib = 1-(1-imidazolyl)-4-(1-imidazolylmethyl)benzene, atrz = 4-amino-4H-1,2,4-triazole], have been successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions.
