    A poly(thio)ester (co)polymer which comprises a repeating structural unit represented by the formula (1-A) as an essential structural unit: 1 [wherein R 11 is a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group which may contain at least one sulfur atom in a sulfide group; R 12 is a mono- or poly-cyclic aliphatic or aromatic dicarboxylic acid residue; and X 11 and X 12 are each independently an oxygen atom or sulfur atom, and when X 11 and X 12 are the oxygen atoms, R 11 is a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group containing at least one sulfur atom in the sulfide group]; and an optical component obtainable by molding the poly(thio)ester (co)polymer. The poly(thio)ester (co)polymer is excellent in transparency and optical characteristics (e.g., a higher refractive index, higher Abbe number, and lower birefringence), and has also good mechanical characteristics and thermal characteristics, and further is excellent in melt fluidity and injection moldability.

    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von matten, nichtblockenden, dünnwandigen Formkörpern, Folien oder Schläuchen aus Polyurethanelastomeren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im wesentlichen linear aufgebaute, thermoplastische Polyurethanelastomere aus A) Dispersionen, welche Ab) höhermolekulare Polyisocyanatpolyadditionsprodukte mit Schmelzpunkten >220°C,aus a) niedermolekularen, mindestens zwei Zerewitinoff-aktive Wasserstoffatome aufweisende Verbindungen von Molekulargewicht 18 bis 399, und β) organischen Di- und/oder Polyisocyanaten in feinteiliger Dispersion in Aa) höhermolekularen Verbindungen mit Zerewitinoff-aktiven Wasserstoffatome aufweisenden, bifunktionellen Verbindungen, vorzugsweise höhermolekularen Diolen, enthalten, B) bifunktionellen Kettenverlängerungsmitteln mit einem Molekulargewicht von 18 bis 399, C) Diisocyanaten und D) gegebenenfalls weiteren, an sich bekannten Zusatzstoffen und mit einem Gehalt von 0,66 bis 15 Gew.-% an Polyaddukten Ab) im Polyurethanelastomeren, nach Extrusions-, Blasfolien- oder Kalandrierverfahren bei Verarbeitungstemperaturen von 110 bis 230°C in dünnwandige Formkörper überführt werden. Weiterhin wird die Verwendung derartiger dünnwandiger Formkörper, insbesondere Folien- zur Hinterschäumung mit Polyurethanschaumstoff-bildenden Reaktionsgemischen beansprucht.

    The new metallocene catalysts according to the present invention are prepared by reacting a metallocene compound with a compound having at least two functional groups. The metallocene compound is a transition metal compound in which a transition metal is coordinated with a main ligand such as cycloalkanedienyl group and an ancillary ligand. The functional groups of the compound having at least two functional groups are selected from the group consisting of a hydroxy group, a thiol group, a primary amine group, a secondary amine group, etc. The metallocene catalysts according to the present invention have a structure in which an ancillary ligand of a metallocene compound is bonded with functional groups. A structure of the metallocene catalysts can be varied according to the metallocene compounds, the compound having at least two functional groups, and the molar ratio of each reactant. The metallocene catalyst is employed with a co-catalyst for styrene and olefin polymerization. The co-catalyst is an organometallic compound or a mixture of non-coordinated Lewis acid and alkylaluminium. The organometallic compound is usually alkylaluminoxane and organoaluminium compound. The syndiotactic polystyrenes and the polyolefins having good physical properties are prepared by using the metallocene catalyst according to the present invention. A monomer for polymerization includes styrene, derivatives of styrene, and a compound having ethylenically unsaturated double bonds. Those compounds are homopolymerized and copolymerized to give polystyrene and polyolefin.

    The new metallocene catalysts according to the present invention are prepared by reacting a metallocene compound with a compound having at least two functional groups. The metallocene compound is a transition metal compound, which is coordinated with a main ligand such as cyclopentadienyl group, and an ancillary ligand. The functional groups in the compound are selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, an alkyl or aryl magnesium halide, a thiol group, a primary amine group, a secondary amine group, a primary phosphorous group, a secondary phosphorous group, etc. The metallocene catalysts according to the present invention have a structure in which an ancillary ligand of a metallocene compound is bonded to the functional groups of a compound having at least two functional groups. A structure of the metallocene catalysts can be varied with the type of a metallocene compound and a compound having at least two functional groups, and the molar ratio of each reactant. The metallocene catalysts are employed with a co-catalyst for olefin polymerization. The co-catalyst is an organometallic compound, or a mixture of non-coordinated Lewis acid and alkylaluminium as it is well known in the art.
