  α-CF 3 -烯胺可以通过吡咯烷与相应的卤代烯烃反应制备。制备的烯胺与 2-硝基苯甲醛反应生成邻硝基取代的 α,β-二芳基-CF 3 -烯酮，具有高立体选择性，收率高达 88%。随后通过 Fe-AcOH 系统还原硝基可促进分子内环化，以高达 99% 的分离产率提供 2-CF 3 -3-芳基喹啉。显示了该序列的所有合成步骤的高合成效用。开发了一锅法以直接从烯胺或卤代烯烃中得到目标三氟甲基化喹啉。

  摘要：

  The improved one-pot Wittig reaction had been used to prepare trifluoromethyl-containing olefins under solvent-free conditions. Treatment of aldehydes with PPh3 and CF3CCl3 in the presence of K2CO3 at 100C afforded 2-chloro-1,1,1-trifluoro-2-alkenes in good to moderate yields.

  A new and general one-pot transformation of aromatic aldehydes to fluorinated olefins containing -CH=C(Cl)CF3 or -CH=C(F)CClF2 moieties is described.
