  本发明公开了一种隔离型氢氟醚的制备方法，它在无机氟化物和助催化剂存在下，全氟环氧化物与烷基化试剂在非质子极性溶剂中进行烷基化反应，得到隔离型氢氟醚。本发明采用的主要原料全氟环氧化物可用全氟烯烃环氧化制备得到，原料简单易得，且成本较全氟己酮和全氟酰氟类化合物都低，稳定性好，有利于后续反应的进行，并能保证质量；本发明提供的制备方法，其反应速度快、反应时间短，在3~5h内原料即能转化完全，且得到的粗品中原料全氟环氧化合物残留量可低至0.1%以下，反应转化率高；目标产物含量可达到97%以上，反应选择性高，副产物少，适于工业化应用。
