  Z9,11‑十二碳二烯醇乙酸酯的合成方法，(1)以1，9‑壬二醇为原料单边氧化合成9‑羟基‑1‑壬醛，(2)合成中间体Z9,11‑十二碳二烯醇，(3)合成Z9,11‑十二碳二烯醇乙酸酯。本发明合成条件温和、反应时间短、操作简便、适用范围广，缩短了工艺流程，且产率高、成本低、三废少，易于工业化。在合成9‑羟基‑1‑壬醛反应中，加入了硅胶，有助于PCC分散，采用分批加入PCC，减少两个羟基都被氧化的机会，反应在室温下反应，节省了能源；反应完成后加入乙醚和水进行萃取，提高了反应物收率。在合成Z9,11‑十二碳二烯醇的合成过程中，采用了相转移催化剂18‑冠醚‑6和非极性溶剂苯，反应得到顺式产物；同时采用弱碱碳酸钾，避免了9‑羟基‑1‑壬醛的羟基的保护，缩短反应合成路线。
