Synthesis and photoluminescent properties of two novel tripodal compounds containing coumarin moieties

Two novel tripodal compounds, tris[2-(7-diethylamino-coumarin-3-carboxamide)ethyl]amine (Tren-C1) and tris[2-(benzo[5,6]coumarin-3-carboxamide)ethyl]amine (Tren-C2), were synthesized and characterized.
