A series of neutral long‐lived purely organic radicals based on the stable [4‐(N‐carbazolyl)‐2,6‐dichlorophenyl]bis(2,4,6‐trichlorophenyl)methyl radical adduct (Cbz‐TTM) is reported herein. All compounds exhibit ambipolar charge‐transport properties under ambient conditions owing to their radical character. 本文报道了一系列基于稳定的[4-(N-咔唑基)-2,6-二氯苯基]双(2,4,6-三氯苯基)甲基自由基加合物(Cbz-TTM)的中性长寿命纯有机自由基。由于其自由基特性,所有化合物在环境条件下均表现出双极性电荷传输性质。实现了分别高达10 -2和10 -3 cm 2 V -1 s -1的高电子迁移率和空穴迁移率。静电复印单层感光器是由本文研究的自由基制成的,在可见光谱范围内表现出良好的静电复印光敏性。
