Solvent-free condensation easily occurred by mixing aromatic aldehydes and 2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-3-pyrazoline-5-one (antipyrine) in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid as a solid acid catalyst at room temperature to give the corresponding disubstituted products as sole products in high yields.
在室温下,在对甲苯磺酸作为固体酸催化剂存在下,将芳族醛与2,3-二甲基-1-苯基-3-苯基吡唑啉-5-酮(安替比林)混合,很容易发生无溶剂缩合反应。相应的二取代产品作为高收率的唯一产品。
