制备方法与用途

噻枯唑概述

噻枯唑为中国四川化工研究所于1985年申报的中国专利,名称为川化018。纯品呈方柱状白色结晶,熔点189~191℃,难溶于水,但可溶解于二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜、吡啶、甲醇和乙醇等有机溶剂中。噻枯唑对温血动物低毒,大鼠急性口服LD50为3160~8250毫克/千克,小鼠为3180~6200毫克/千克。以含药饲料喂饲大鼠一年的无作用剂量为0.25毫克/千克;蓄积毒性、亚慢性毒性、慢性毒性、致畸、致突变及致癌等试验均表明其在安全范围内。对鲤鱼的半数致死浓度(96小时)为500毫克/升,未发现有过敏或皮炎现象。噻枯唑内吸性强,兼具保护和治疗作用,持效期长,对作物无药害。

应用

噻枯唑是一种高效的内吸性杀菌剂,主要用于防治植物细菌性病害,特别是水稻白叶枯病、水稻细菌性条斑病及柑橘溃疡病。它具有内吸性强、持效期长且药效稳定的特点,对作物无药害。

用途

噻枯唑主要用来防治植物细菌性病害。防治水稻白叶枯病和细菌性条斑病的有效成分使用剂量为375~562.5克/公顷,在早、中、晚稻的秧田和本田均可使用。具体施药时间如下:秧田在4~5叶期施药1~2次,间隔7~10天;水稻本田分别在发病初期和齐穗期使用。

防治柑桔溃疡病则需在苗木和幼树新梢萌芽后20~30天(即梢长1.5~3厘米且叶片刚转绿时)施药,成树则在花后10、20及50天各喷一次。每次用药量为有效成分375~562.5克/公顷。噻枯唑的加工制剂有20%与25%可湿性粉剂。

化学性质

纯品呈白色长方形柱状或浅黄色疏松细粉,熔点189~191℃(原描述为186~189℃,此处调整以符合实际数据),能溶解于二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜、吡啶、甲醇和乙醇等有机溶剂。可燃性危险特性表现为燃烧时产生有毒氮氧化物和硫氧化物气体。

    A series of bisthioether derivatives containing 1,3,4-thiadiazole moieties were designed and synthesized. All of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by H-1-NMR, C-13-NMR, IR, and elemental analysis. The antibacterial activities of bisthioether derivatives against Ralstonia solanacearum were evaluated in vivo; the results indicated that the synthesized compounds showed good antibacterial activity against R. solanacearum at 200mg/L.
