Cetaben 是一种不依赖 PPARα 的过氧化物酶体增殖物。它是一种非纤维化降血脂药,能够有效降低胆固醇和甘油三酯的浓度。
体外研究在体外实验中,Cetaben (10 µM;24 小时) 引起了 HepG2 和 MH1C1 细胞严重的微结构学和超微结构变化。经过 100 µM Cetaben 处理后,细胞内包含多个高尔基区域,大多数已经解聚成囊泡。
在用 Cetaben (10 µM;24 小时) 处理的细胞中观察到了明显的过氧化物酶体异质性,在 MH1C1 细胞中出现了哑铃形和杯状的过氧化物酶体轮廓。
体内研究体内实验显示,Cetaben 在给药剂量为 50-100 mg/kg(连续 10 天)时显著提高了肝脏和肾脏中的过氧化物酶体酶活性。最大效应出现在 250 mg/kg 的剂量下。
