制备方法与用途

简介

蔗糖硬脂酸酯是一种蔗糖酯。它是由蔗糖和脂肪酸或其衍生物通过酯化或酯交换反应合成的产物。作为一种来源于可再生资源的产品，蔗糖酯具有卓越的应用性能、良好的生物降解性和毒理学安全性，并对环境友好。作为重要的天然表面活性剂，它被广泛应用于食品、医药、化妆品及洗涤剂中。

制备

1. 硬脂酸乙酯的制备

   将42.65g硬脂酸加入三口烧瓶中并升温至熔化状态。在搅拌下加入0.5mL浓硫酸和55mL无水乙醇，于80℃左右反应约8小时后结束反应。减压蒸馏去除乙醇，并用KOH调节pH值为6～7，随后进行热水洗涤以分离出粗酯。对粗酯进行精制，最终得到产品。

2. 蔗糖酯的制备

   将一定量的硬脂酸乙酯、丙二醇、蔗糖和K₂CO₃加入到250mL三口烧瓶中，并加热至90℃反应。在完成反应后加入酒石酸并减压蒸馏大部分溶剂，将残渣加入8%氯化钠溶液中直至形成明显的分层界面。去除水层得到蔗糖酯粗品，再使用乙酸乙酯进一步纯化粗品，真空干燥至恒重以获得白色蜡状固体。

用途

蔗糖硬脂酸酯能够提高药物的加工性能、崩解性能及溶出度，从而提升产品质量。特别适用于口服头孢菌素类、大环内酯类抗生素以及青霉素类抗生素、弹性蛋白酶、干扰素和N4-酰基阿糖胞苷等。

生产方法

将3摩尔蔗糖与1摩尔脂肪酸甲酯溶解于二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶剂中，使用K₂CO₃作催化剂，在90～95℃、10～13kPa的压力条件下进行反应。然后去除多余的甲醇及蔗糖，即可获得产品。
