Competition between two intramolecular domino Knoevenagel hetero Diels–Alder reactions: a new entry into novel pyranoquinolinone derivatives

4-Hydroxy-1,2-dihydro-2-quinolinones undergo facile intramolecular domino Knoevenagel hetero Diels–Alder reactions with o-prenylated aromatic aldehydes and the aliphatic aldehyde citronellal, to afford novel pyranoquinolinone derivatives. A high degree of chemoselectivity has been achieved under microwave irradiation condition.
4-羟基-1,2-二氢-2-喹啉酮与邻-戊烯基化的芳族醛和脂族醛香茅醛容易发生分子内多米诺骨牌Knoevenagel杂Diels-Alder反应,得到新颖的吡喃喹啉酮衍生物。在微波辐射条件下已经实现了高度的化学选择性。
