1,3‐Dipolar cycloaddition of α,β‐unsaturated ketones bearing 1,2,3‐triazole moiety with nitrile oxides and sydnones obtained a series of novel 3,4,5‐trisubstituted isoxazolines (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e, 5f, 5g, 5h) and 1,3,4‐trisubstituted pyrazoles (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d, 7e, 7f, 7g, 7h) with different active pharmacophores in a single molecular scaffold.
