制备方法与用途

丙戊酸镁缓释片简介

丙戊酸镁缓释片适用于多种类型的癫痫，包括但不限于失神发作、肌阵挛发作、强直阵挛发作、失张力发作、混合型发作、部分性癫痫（简单性和复杂性）、继发性全身性发作以及特殊类型综合征等。此外，它也可用于治疗双相情感障碍的躁狂发作。

副作用

丙戊酸镁虽然主要用于抗癫痫治疗，但本身也具有一定毒副作用。常见的消化道症状包括恶心、呕吐和腹泻等，严重时可能会出现畏食。继而可能出现肌无力、四肢震颤、共济失调、嗜睡及意识模糊或昏迷等症状。长期服用可能在体内蓄积，进而导致脏器功能损伤。

应用

1. 抗癫痫：适用于治疗全身性或部分性癫痫，尤其是失神发作、肌阵挛发作、强直阵挛发作、失张力发作和混合型发作以及部分性癫痫中的简单性和复杂性发作；继发性全身性发作；特殊类型综合征（如West、Lennox-Gastaut综合症）。
