  摘要：

  已经开发了镍催化的β-（酰基氨基）丙烯酸酯不对称氢化反应，提供了具有优异收率（95-99％收率）和对映选择性（97-99％ee）的手性β-氨基酸衍生物。使用Ni-Binapine系统，在氢化β-烷基和β-芳基β-（酰基氨基）丙烯酸酯的Z / E异构体混合物时，也获得了高对映选择性（98-99％ee）。在催化剂量为0.2mol％的情况下，也已经完成了克级的手性β-氨基酸衍生物的合成。
